I'm a Certified Holistic Health Coach with an extensive background in gut health, brain health, hormone and neurotransmitter regulation, and natural medicine. I teach anatomy and physiology, advanced nutrition, and personal development at Holistic Health Educators. I bring these areas together to provide both physical and mental wellness support for the clients I work with personally.

$500090 minConsultationThis fee includes $1500 of labs, time with Amy, relevant courses from the HHE library, and 1:1 sessions with members of her coaching team, but does not include supplements. The primary focus of coaching includes using principles of the FLY Model to retrain the brain and wire subconscious neural pathways to make health behaviors and happiness second nature. Labs may include: stool testing (BiomeFX), urine analysis (OATS, Mycotoxin), hormone testing (blood panels, DUTCH), or others. Prescriptions may include dance classes, voice lessons, wilderness adventures, and reconnecting to your inner spirit.
